KYC and Licensing

The CETFi Chain Mock Testnet uses the kyc.rs pallet to manage user verification. On the testnet, Normal, Mobile, Day Trader, Retirement, Uptime, and Compute nodes have optional or no KYC requirements, enabling access to features like DEX trading and network monitoring. Market Maker, Issuer, Hedge Fund, Government, KYC, and Financial Advisor nodes require mandatory KYC and a license for restricted operations. On the mainnet, all users must complete KYC to ensure full regulatory compliance. Licenses, granted by Admin nodes via the governance.rs pallet, are required for advanced roles.
